Our platform/website is very easy when it comes to booking. Kindly follow the steps below:
Yes, you can. Simply click on an apartment, select your check-in & out dates and tap the “Instant Booking” button.
We currently accept payments through your debit card on our platform using the Paystack payment gateway which gives you an overall security protecting your card details for a secured payment transaction.
Using Paystack, there are several payment options available for your convenience like card payment (visa, mastercard, verve), bank transfer, ussd code, etc.
It takes seconds dependending on how quickly your bank allows the transaction to be completed. Immediately payment is successful, your booking automatically marked complete.
To cancel a booking, you have to be a registered guest and must have signed up before completing your booking. You can easily cancel from your guest dashboard.
You can also call us to cancel a booking for you.

We currently do not offer this as a company service at this time but you can contact us to make arrangements for that.
Yes, we do but it is only available to registered and currently signed-in guests at the point of booking.

Kindly note that to enjoy our discounts, you must be logged-in/signed-in at the point of booking an apartment. Even if you have an account with but do not sign in, you will not be given the discount.
Caution deposit is 20% of the room rate required to be paid as deposit against any damages/loss to apartment property during your stay at Tenny’s Place.
Deposit is refunded within 48hrs of check-out upon confirmation that no damage/loss to apartment property occurred during your stay.

The accepted IDs at Tenny’s Place Apartments are Driver’s License, NIN, International Passport and Office ID.
